Terms & Conditions – Southwest Unlimited

1. Warranty

Southwest Unlimited does not offer an additional commercial warranty on hair extensions, wigs, closures, or frontals.

Once a hair bundle has been opened or used, it may no longer be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

2. Returns & Refunds

At Southwest Unlimited, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to withdraw from their purchase without providing a reason.

To request a return, please contact us in writing or by telephone within the 14-day cooling-off period. After notifying us of your decision to return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product(s) back.

During the cooling-off period, all products must be handled with care and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.

Important Return Conditions:

• Hair extensions, wigs, closures, and frontals must be returned in their original condition.

• For hygiene reasons, products supplied with a hygiene seal cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, where the legal hygiene exception applies.

• Products that have been installed, colored, bleached, chemically treated, or otherwise altered may be subject to a reduction in refund value.

• Southwest Unlimited reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from a refund if a product has been damaged through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

3. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Southwest Unlimited ships orders through trusted delivery partners, including PostNL and DHL.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery process is managed by the respective shipping company.

Southwest Unlimited is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, responsibility for delivery remains with Southwest Unlimited until the order has been delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, as required by applicable consumer law.

Orders are shipped without optional additional shipping insurance unless insured shipping has been selected during checkout for an additional fee.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transportation, please contact Southwest Unlimited so we can assist you with the delivery investigation.

4. Closures & Frontals

We strongly recommend not bleaching the lace knots of your closure or frontal.

Bleaching may weaken or damage the knots, which can lead to excessive shedding, hair loss, and a shorter product lifespan.

Southwest Unlimited does not provide an additional commercial warranty covering damage caused by bleaching, chemical treatments, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance.

Customers are advised to have closures and frontals installed and maintained by a professional.

Your statutory rights regarding defective products remain unaffected.

5. Hair Coloring & Chemical Treatments

Southwest Unlimited offers 100% Virgin Human Hair, which can be colored and styled.

To maintain the quality, softness, and longevity of your hair extensions, we recommend keeping chemically treated hair properly conditioned and moisturized.

For the best results, we strongly advise having your hair colored by a professional hair colorist.

Please Note:

• Hair coloring, bleaching, and chemical treatments are performed at your own risk.

• Southwest Unlimited does not provide an additional commercial warranty for damage caused by coloring, bleaching, or chemical processing.

• Excessive chemical processing may result in dryness, breakage, shedding, or changes in hair texture.

• Always perform a strand test before applying any chemical treatment.

These conditions do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
